What if I want to change or cancel my order?

Email us at info@pretty-baby.co and if the order hasn't yet been processed we will try to accommodate you. Once the order has been processed and shipped, we are unable to make any changes. However, we do accept returns and exchanges on select items in the original condition.

What currency will I be charged in?

All orders are processed in CAD. 

Sale items are final sale. We know that buying things online that are final sale can be difficult! We'd be thrilled to answer any questions you have via email to help you find the perfect fit.

What condition does my return need to be in?

Your package must include all original packaging materials. We do not accept returns that have any body lotion, deodorant or any markings of any kind. If the tags, liner or any part of the suit has been tampered with or damaged, or you are returning a non returnable item, we reserve the right to decline your return and you will incur a $40.00 return shipping cost.

Our swimsuits are made with the highest quality fabrics. To keep your swimwear in tip top shape please follow our care instructions.

Swimwear: hand wash cold with a mild detergent and lay flat to dry in the shade.

• Hand wash with a mild detergent in cold water only
• Lay flat to dry in the shade
• Do not tumble dry, dry clean, iron or use bleach
• Avoid contact with rough surfaces as it can cause pulling of the fabric
• High amounts of chlorine can ruin your bikini, make sure to wash immediately after use
• Certain tanning oils, sunscreens, and fake tanning can stain or damage your bikini

To extend the life of your swimsuit we recommend rinsing immediately after use. 

Do your swim tops have padding?

At this time, we don't offer padding.
