At the top a 5mm Gold filled ball earring, followed by a faceted aquamarine rondelle bead, attached to 1.3mm Gold filled flat cable chain, with 3 beautiful swiss blue faceted topaz drops in the middle, and a large sparkling quartz rondelle at the bottom.
